What comes in a Pott'd home pottery kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to get started: premium air-dry clay, a set of sculpting tools, white acrylic paint, a glossy sealant, two paintbrushes, and our easy-to-follow Quick Start Guide.
Does the clay need to be fired in a kiln or oven?
No, our clay is specifically designed to air-dry. Simply leave your creations out for 24-48 hours until they are bone-dry and ready to be painted.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 2-3 business days, and express options for next-day delivery if ordered before our afternoon cutoff time.
Are the finished pottery pieces food-safe or waterproof?
While our sealant makes your pieces water-resistant and perfect for decorative use or dried flowers, air-dry clay is not food-safe and should not be used for eating, drinking, or holding standing water.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened kits. If your kit arrives damaged or missing items, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Can I buy extra clay or paint separately?
Yes, we offer 'Refill' packs and additional paint sets on our website so you can keep creating once you have mastered the tools from your initial kit.
