At Pott'd UK, we want you to love your pottery experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your kit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Kit

  Carefully repackage your Pott'd kit in its original box, ensuring the clay and paints are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
